some helpful tips from namio harukawa!
get some fresh air
take breaks, be mindful and present in the moment
don't get overwhelmed; feel free to delegate tasks to others
if you're struggling to get into work mode while working from home, try keeping your regular routine, even dressing as you normally would for the office. it's hard to get your head for business if  you're still in your jammies at 11am!
try to keep normal bedtime hours!
don't let all this new home time make you feel frumpy. put on a little makeup if it makes you feel better. take that me time.
