how fun does it look to play a ref for Wrestlemania?

oh man i'd love that job in 1985. especially when the wrestlers start sassing the ref, honestly my favorite bits.

was watching an old Wrestlemania tonight.

Wrestlemania 2, to be exact.

saw a lot of taint.

lot of taint.

the one good thing to come from quarantine is that my nieces have taken to calling me just to shoot the shit.

and they're at that fun age where you can chat about all sorts of stuff for hours.

they also like taking screenshots and sending them to me.

we got the same cheeks :)

I just discovered that people put mozz on fried dough pizza, and frankly I’m disgusted.

i know he's scolding her in this scene but holy cow that'd set my buns ablaze.

this is such a cute look though.

in the autumn my aesthetic is an unmarried new england woman accused of adultery and witchcraft in the late 1600s.

hi i treated myself to a new autumn quilt set and mauve sheets :)

i also discovered a made for tv halloween movie from 1985, it's pretty much everything you'd expect from an abc halloween movie from 1985, dance music video included.

there's so little to look forward to in real life, that an update in animal crossing sets the interwebs alight!
it's very much an escape for so many of us, but the thing is that it's not a game you can play a lot, or often. so it's a friendly game for busy folks too. it's what you make of it, really. put as much or as little in as you want, it's up to you.
so yeah i'm pretty stoked about this new update, in particular, the ability to grow your own pumpkin patch! i still don't have an apple orchard, and i think it's lame how nintendo only gives you access to your native fruit and one sister fruit, when there are three others you want/need. this requires you to make friends with other game players. but what if you're an animal crossing boomer? i don't particularly want to befriend teens on message boards, and i don't know anyone in real life who plays it!
so here i am, without apples, oranges, and cherries. :(
but damnit i'm getting pumpkins!!!!! yaaaaayyyyyy

edward gorey house

there's a scavenger hunt for all of the gashlycrumb tinies. it's quite morbid really.

i loved this big old bear

provincetown monument

it was pirate week at deviant donuts. rum one was the best hands down!

commercial street in ptown

outside of the portuguese bakery :)

the lovely thing about the cape is that wherever you are, just take a couple backroads and you're at the beach. and a majority of the shoreline is public with nice parking lots and little parks with swing sets and whatnot. so you could just grab a coffee and go sit and enjoy the beach on a bench. i collected some shells and rocks too.

i really miss the beach the most. ct is mostly privately owned, and our public beaches all summer were restricted to residents only, utter bullshit. don't get me started. eager to move!
